Shipping Policy

All of our chocolate boxes and products are well packaged and secured to ensure they arrive to destination in the same excellent condition they left our shop.

Shipping method within CANADA:
Our shipping method is Canada Post Expedited - 3 to 5 business days. 
Shipping method to the UNITED STATES: 
Within the US, our shipping method is Expedited Parcel via the United States Postal Service. 
Please provide a street address as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Ensure all the necessary shipping and billing information is provided. We are not responsible for errors/misprints in the information provided to us. 

Processing time:
Orders are processed in order they are received. Normal processing can take between 24 and 48 hours. Upon verification and approval of payment, your order will be shipped out as soon as possible. Processing times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays).

 
International orders:

Refund Policy:
At Rousseau Chocolatier, all of our merchandise is carefully packaged and we stand behind its quality. If something you have purchased from us is damaged, please contact us and return it to us immediately after receiving it and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you as long as the product itself is unopened. Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or any circumstances beyond our control.

If the postal service attempts delivery and fails to locate a person to receive the parcel, we are not held responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Please note all pricing is subject to change without notice.
