Enjoy a guided tasting of six handcrafted chocolates paired with your choice of beverage for a delicious journey through Nova Scotia’s sweetest flavours. Each bite is a small story of craftsmanship and care shaped in our Halifax atelier and inspired by the land and people who nourish us.

This intimate experience invites you to slow down, savour, and discover how local ingredients and French technique come together in perfect harmony.

65 dollars plus tax per guest

Cancellations

Guests may cancel up to forty eight hours in advance for a full refund.

Booking Information

Tours begin in January.

All of our confections are created by Master Chocolatier Julien Rousseau-Dumarcet and his team of chocolatiers.  Julien uses only premium ingredients including the finest chocolate from Cacao Barry in France, established in 1842. Whenever possible, we proudly include some of the extraordinary products grown and created in Nova Scotia.  

 Our creations are made on site and you are welcome to peek at our creators at work, through the viewing window on Hollis Street. We’ll be ready to tempt you when you come inside
