We love working with chefs, growers and producers in the food and beverage industry who share our values and passion for extraordinary food, creativity and community. People who love to collaborate, have fun and see what's possible when we work together.
Earlier this summer, we began inviting chefs we admire and who share our values to be our guest, joining Julien in the atelier to see what happens when culinary creatives get together to learn and play. Of course, we recorded the experience so we can share the fun.

Welcome Chef David Smart

Our first guest was Chef Dave Smart from the fabulous Bessie North House in Canning. If you have experienced Bessie North House, you know how fabulous it is and if you haven’t experienced it yet, reservations for October open September 1 at noon ADT Bessie North House. Like ROUSSEAU Chocolatier, Bessie North House was created by a couple with a vision of culinary excellence and gracious hospitality. Susan and David warmly offer guests a seven-course, pre-fixe menu inspired by the season and delivered in a 140-year-old farmhouse in Canning.
