Every month is distinct. Inspired by the seasons, exceptional ingredients, and culinary creativity. Some selections will be familiar; others will introduce something new and unexpected. Occasionally, members are invited behind the scenes with an exclusive preview of a creation yet to be released.

PLEASE NOTE: Our subscription collections ship during the first week of each month. You may join by the first of the month to receive that month’s collection. Orders placed after the first will begin with the following month’s release.
For example
Join by March 1 and your first box will be our March collection, shipping in the first week of March.
Join after March 1 and your first box will be our April collection, shipping in the first week of April.
Each collection is crafted fresh in small batches, allowing us to honour our ingredients, our growers, and the care behind every piece.
