The Academy of Chocolate in the UK just announced our Nova Scotia Lavender Chocolate and our new Summer Savory Chocolate have each won silver awards in the Academy of Chocolate global awards. In the world of artisanal chocolate - it’s a bit like winning an Oscar. Award entries come from around the globe and the judges are leading experts in the world of chocolate and culinary arts. To be recognized for these chocolates is especially meaningful as they include products grown in Nova Scotia – summer savory and lavender (lavender from Seafoam Lavender Farms).
Our Nova Scotia Lavender chocolate is featured in our Nova Scotia Collection Box, and our new Summer Savory Chocolate is part of our Evergreen Collection. To celebrate this global recognition - both creations will be available as single chocolates from November 26-30.
